I still find I think of it as I'm either "doing weight watchers" or I'm not. ie, not just thinking of it as making healthier choices. And I feel like if I'm not tracking I'm letting myself down and then I feel guilty and then I want to eat!!!<br /><br />I am going back to Weight Watchers meeting tonight and am going to transfer my membership back to meetings rather than online. Hopefully going to the meetings will spur me on. I was a size 28 I got to a size...I'm no expert. I was a size 28 I got to a size 16, panicked, went to a size 22, and am back down to 18 again. This happened over 6 years.<br /><br />WW is fine, but you need to change your relationship with food. Food is not the enemy. Food is delcious, its fun, its enjoyable.<br /><br />Its all about balance.<br /><br />This is not an exam, or a work deadline, there is no dead line.<br /><br />Will you have a more enjoyable Christmas if you aim to say have two days on plan for every day off plan? <br /><br />That's what I'm doing. I am eating well and exercising most of the time and giving myself a few days off to eat what I want.<br /><br />I find if I give myself permission I am less likely to freak out and over eat anyway.<br /><br />Hope that helps.
